Returns & Final Sale Policy

SnagTheBag offers a limited selection of pre-owned luxury handbags for sale. Because of the nature of pre-owned goods, our return policies are designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both buyers and sellers.

Final Sale Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all purchases made through SnagTheBag are final sale.

Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury goods, inventory is limited and often cannot be replaced once sold.

However, we offer a short review window to ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase.

3-Day Limited Return Window

Customers may request a return within 3 days of confirmed delivery if the item meets one of the following conditions:

• A credible concern regarding the authenticity of the item
• The item is materially inconsistent with the product listing, including significant undisclosed condition issues or inaccuracies in the description

Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Fit, size, or styling preferences

  • Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen display

Return Approval

All return requests must be approved prior to shipment. To initiate a return, customers must contact hello@snagthebag.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item name

  • Reason for return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refund Method

Approved returns will be issued as store credit, unless otherwise approved in writing by SnagTheBag.

Store credit will be issued after the item has been received and inspected.

Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

  • SnagTheBag recommends insured and trackable shipping for all returns

Condition of Returned Items

Items returned may be refused or sent back to the buyer if any of the following are observed:

  • Signs of additional wear not present at the time of original shipment

  • Damage that was not present at the time of sale or shipment

  • Alterations to the item of any kind

  • Missing inclusions or accessories, including but not limited to keys, clochettes, dust bags, boxes, straps, or authenticity cards

Authenticity Guarantee

All items sold through SnagTheBag undergo a multi-point authentication process.

If authenticity is ever credibly disputed, we will review the matter promptly and work toward a fair resolution.
