Welcome to SnagTheBag. These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Overview

SnagTheBag offers a curated selection of authentic, pre-owned luxury handbags and accessories. Our inventory is intentionally limited and thoughtfully selected.

All items are sold subject to availability and in accordance with these Terms of Sale.

2. Product Condition & Disclosure

All items sold are pre-owned unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Each product listing includes:

  • Detailed photographs

  • A written condition description

  • Disclosure of visible wear or imperfections

Please review all images and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Due to the nature of pre-owned goods, minor signs of wear should be expected.

If you have questions prior to purchase, we encourage you to contact us.

3. Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that every item sold through SnagTheBag is authentic.

Each piece undergoes a careful review process prior to being offered for sale. In some cases, we may use third-party authentication services.

If an item is proven inauthentic by a recognized third-party authentication service within 72 hours of delivery, please contact us immediately at hello@snagthebag.com for resolution.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in United States dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders resulting from pricing inaccuracies

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Inventory discrepancies

If your order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded in full.

6. Shipping

We ship to the contiguous United States. SnagTheBag does not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable, including in the event of a return to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or similar circumstance.

SnagTheBag is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes (for international orders)

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

7. Limited Return Policy

Due to the unique nature of pre-owned luxury handbags, returns are limited. We encourage customers to review product photos, descriptions, dimensions, and condition notes carefully prior to purchase. View full return policy here.

8. 5-Day Limited Return Window

We understand that purchasing a luxury handbag online is a meaningful decision. In certain circumstances, SnagTheBag may approve a return request for reasons beyond authenticity or listing inaccuracies at our sole discretion. Customers may request a return within 5 days of confirmed delivery if the item meets one of the following conditions:

  • A credible concern regarding the authenticity of the item

  • The item is materially inconsistent with the product listing, including significant undisclosed condition issues or inaccuracies in the description

Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Fit, size, or styling preferences

  • Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen display

9. Return Approval

To initiate a return request, please contact hello@snagthebag.com within 5 days of confirmed delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Item name

  • Reason for the return request

All return requests must be reviewed and approved prior to shipment. To help ensure a smooth review process, we may request additional photographs or information regarding the item and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, you will receive a notification with detailed return instructions.

10. Resale Nature of Products

SnagTheBag is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any designer brands featured on the site.

All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnagTheBag shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of use, revenue, or profit

  • Claims exceeding the purchase price of the item in question

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product purchased.

12. Indemnification

By purchasing from SnagTheBag, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnagTheBag from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of purchased products

  • Violation of these Terms of Sale
