Shipping Policy

At SnagTheBag, each order is handled with care to ensure items are shipped securely and efficiently. The following outlines our shipping, delivery, and related policies for buyout, consignment, and direct-to-consumer orders.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume.

Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Please note:
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed
Delays may occur due to carriers or external factors beyond our control
All orders are shipped via trusted third-party carriers
Signature Requirement
Due to the value of our items, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.
SnagTheBag reserves the right to require a signature on any order at its discretion. If delivery is completed without a required signature (whether waived or otherwise released by the carrier), the customer assumes full responsibility once the item is marked as delivered.
Shipping Address & Order Verification
To help prevent fraud, we may review and verify order details prior to shipment. This may include:
Confirming billing and shipping information
Requesting additional verification
Contacting the customer directly for confirmation
Failure to provide requested information may result in shipment delays or order cancellation.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, modifications are not guaranteed.
If a shipping address is changed after checkout:
The customer assumes full responsibility for any resulting delivery issues
SnagTheBag is not liable for misdelivery resulting from address changes
Lost or Stolen Packages
SnagTheBag is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring secure delivery locations and availability to receive packages when required.
All claims related to lost or stolen packages must be resolved directly with the carrier.
Prepaid Shipping Labels (Seller Shipments)
In certain cases, SnagTheBag may provide prepaid shipping labels for items submitted for review, buyout, or consignment.
By using a prepaid label provided by SnagTheBag, you agree that:
Labels are issued at SnagTheBag’s discretion and may be subject to eligibility requirements
Items must be shipped within the designated timeframe provided
You are responsible for secure and appropriate packaging prior to shipment
SnagTheBag is not responsible for damage resulting from insufficient packaging
Labels may be voided if not used within the required timeframe
Insurance coverage (where applicable) is limited to carrier terms. SnagTheBag is not liable for loss or damage in transit beyond such coverage. Where additional insurance is provided by SnagTheBag, coverage is limited to the agreed buyout value disclosed prior to shipment.
Prepaid labels may not be available for all locations, including international addresses, P.O. boxes, or restricted regions.
International Shipping (If Applicable)
For international orders, the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.
All items are declared at full purchase value and described as pre-owned goods where applicable. SnagTheBag does not mark items as gifts or understate declared value under any circumstances.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, except where required by law or where SnagTheBag expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Return Shipping Fees
Unless otherwise stated in writing by SnagTheBag or required by applicable law, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including carrier fees, packaging, and insurance where applicable.
Return shipping instructions must be followed exactly as provided. SnagTheBag is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit when the customer arranges shipping independently.
In cases where a return is approved due to an error by SnagTheBag (such as incorrect item shipment or verified product discrepancy), SnagTheBag may, at its sole discretion, provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
All returned items must be shipped in the same condition in which they were received and must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation where applicable.
